Mavera is an Insurtech company. We enable fast and accurate claims management in accident and health. Our decision support system improves decision-making and business reporting for Europe’s leading insurance companies.

The Role
We are looking for a person who will take new market shares in Europe together with the rest of the team of Mavera.
With your base in our Stockholm headquarter your daily work will be to target insurance companies in Europe and create a consensus within the organization about the business value of Mavera’s solutions. To be successful, you must approach your prospects strategically and orchestrate your team members from Sales, Marketing, Product, and Management wisely.

Mavera's solution is somewhat complex and creates business value in many ways, so you must know how to communicate on multiple levels and convey different value benefits depending on if you’re discussing with claims handlers, underwriters or c-level executives.
Your credibility during discussions with the market will increase if you have knowledge of the insurance industry, AI or/and IT-software solutions.

About You
We believe that you have experience of working in the European market and opening large accounts. You are a senior business developer with great drive, it is you together with the CEO and VP Sales who will realize the vision!

  • Experiences from account-based sales – penetrating large organizations
  • Experiences in selling Enterprise software solutions
  • Experiences and a network within the insurance industry
  • That you are familiar with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot
  • Knowing other European languages and cultures
