The role
We are looking for a person who will join our growth journey and create real business value for our clients. As a CSM you will work together with the Key Account Manager, guiding the customer through the product adoption stage. You will work closely with other departments to build the customer’s understanding of the products and services. As a trusted advisor, you will make sure that we deliver the best customer experience possible. Your KPI’s will be connected to customer retention, contract renewals and new opportunities for our Sales organization.
What will you do?
- Onboard new customers and build sustainable relationships and actively work towards a good customer experience
- Discover and identify client needs and inform/introduce new products, features and functions and always keep the customers up to date
- Develop customer satisfaction KPI’s and coordinate with the rest of the team to meet them on a regular basis
- Create effective and efficient customer service procedures, policies and standards
- Deliver a comprehensive service to the customers
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner and delegate certain customer requests to specific person or team
- Stay informed on the latest industry techniques, trends and methods
About you
To be able to create real business value for our clients we believe you have previous experiences:
- Of onboarding new customers and identifying client needs
- From guiding and creating business value for clients
- From the insurance and/or IT software industry
- Of implementing new systems and processes
